This stand-up spout pouch is built for liquid products that need reliable barrier protection. The pouch stands firmly on the shelf thanks to a gusseted base, and is available in three-side-seal or four-side-seal construction. A screw cap or direct-drink spout sits at the top, with valve and tamper-evident cap options on request. Wide side seals and a reinforced spout weld help the bag hold up through filling, stacking and repeated handling without leaking.
The structure combines aluminium foil or metallised film with PET, NY and PE layers in a multi-layer lamination, creating a light-blocking, high-barrier build against oxygen and moisture. Layer combinations can be adjusted to suit different fill products. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for sharp detail and consistent colour, with matt, gloss or tactile surface finishes available. Common volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and pouch dimensions, spout diameter and spout position can be tailored; matching roll film is also available.
Typical applications include wine, spirits, fruit wine, juice, cocktails, concentrates and sauces, as well as liquid detergents and personal care products. Customisation starts from your sample or artwork: we confirm structure and material, then move to sampling, printing and bulk production. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong and runs a Class 10000 clean room. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and roll film in the same material can be supplied alongside your order.
