This aluminium foil spout stand-up pouch is built for chemical liquid packaging. The pouch stands upright, with a folded bottom and heat-sealed edges that resist cracking when filled. A screw-cap spout sits on top and can be fitted with an inner plug or a one-way valve, so pouring is smooth and stops cleanly. Handle, slanted shoulder and flat shoulder formats are available, along with an external straw option for end users.
The body is a multi-layer lamination of aluminium foil with PET, NY and PE films. The foil layer blocks light, oxygen and moisture, while the inner layer handles heat sealing and resists acids, alkalis and common solvents. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing, covering large solids, gradients and fine type with strong ink adhesion. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L; 5kg packs use thicker film and reinforced seals, and matching roll film in the same structure is available.
Typical uses include lawn paint, boundary marking coatings, waterproof coatings, inks, cleaning agents and other chemical liquids. The custom process is straightforward: send us a sample or artwork, we confirm structure and printing, then produce after the proof is approved. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a Class 10000 clean workshop with film blowing, printing and bag making under one roof. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
