This aluminum foil and metallized spouted pouch is designed for liquid products that need both shelf presence and reliable sealing. Offered in stand-up and flat-bottom styles, it features clean, strong four-side seals and a body that stands firmly during filling. The spout can be a straight, angled or capped type, and a one-way valve is available when the filling method requires it. The spout-to-pouch seal is widened and reinforced to support filling, capping and transport.
For materials, aluminum foil and metallized laminates are combined with PE, PET and NY films to build barrier and sealing layers, giving good light blocking and puncture resistance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, with clear windows or full-surface artwork both possible, and stable colour reproduction across runs. Common sizes run from 100ml to 5L, while pouch dimensions, spout diameter and film thickness can be adjusted to your drawing. Matching roll film in the same structure is also available.
These pouches suit livestock semen, juice and drinks, sauces and seasonings, and home care liquids, as well as powders and pastes that need light and moisture protection. For custom work, send us a sample or artwork and we will confirm structure, material and printing, then produce a proof for approval before bulk production. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and gravure printing lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
