This stand-up spout pouch is built for filling and dispensing pastes and liquids. An integrated carry handle or side handle makes lifting and pouring easier on site, while the gusseted base lets the filled bag stand upright for shelf display. The spout is normally a screw-type nozzle with a dust cap or flip-top option. Wide heat-sealed side and bottom seams create smooth transitions that help reduce cracking or leakage after filling, which suits viscous products such as putty paste and wall repair compound.
The bag is usually made from aluminum foil or metallized laminated film, with common structures such as PET/foil/PE and PET/metallized PET/PE. Barrier and inner sealing layers can be adjusted to suit the fill material. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, and we support customization from samples or artwork, reproducing brand colours, gradients and fine text. Standard volumes run from 500 g to 5 kg, with bag dimensions and spout sizes matched to your filling line. Matching roll film in the same structure is also available.
Typical applications include putty paste, wall repair compound, latex paint, waterproof coatings and tile adhesives, as well as selected daily-use pastes and cleaning liquids. The usual customization flow is to confirm structure and material, send a sample bag or artwork, approve the proof, then move to bulk production. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop covering printing, lamination and bag making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
