This trapezoid stand-up pouch is built with a folded bottom gusset that keeps the bag standing upright for filling, storage and shelf display. The bag format can be produced as three-side seal, four-side seal or a custom trapezoid shape to suit specific filling equipment. The top can be fitted with a spout, valve, screw cap or zipper, and seal width and embossing patterns are adjustable. The construction balances stiffness with tight sealing, making it suitable for pastes and liquids with some weight, and both samples and artwork can be developed.
The pouch body is laminated from aluminum foil with PET, nylon and PE films. The foil layer provides barrier and light-blocking performance, while the inner sealing layer delivers strong heat-seal strength. We can also run metallized film or pure foil structures depending on your contents. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing with fine detail, plus matte, gloss and spot varnish finishes. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and bag width, height, bottom gusset and spout diameter are made to drawing. Matching roll film is available for automatic filling lines.

The customization process is straightforward: send us a sample or artwork, we confirm structure and print colours, then produce a proof for approval before bulk runs. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10,000-class clean workshop. Gravure printing, lamination and bag making are handled in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, custom work from samples or drawings is supported, and production is scheduled against agreed milestones.
