This aluminum foil / metallized pouch is designed for high-barrier, light-blocking liquid packaging, especially for hydrogen-rich water and other products sensitive to gas loss and light exposure. The pouch can be made in shaped outlines with three-side or four-side seals, and the seals are flat and secure. Depending on filling and drinking methods, it can be fitted with a spout, valve or tear notch. 350ml is a common size, while bag shape and opening style can be adjusted to suit brand needs.
The material combines aluminum foil or metallized composite film with a suitable heat-seal layer to create a light-blocking, barrier structure. Printing is available in 1-8 colour gravure printing, which clearly presents brand graphics and product information. Capacities can cover 100ml–5L, with pouch styles including shaped pouches, spouted pouches and flat pouches. Customization is supported by sample or artwork, and matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.
These pouches are suitable for hydrogen-rich water, mineral water, plant beverages and liquid seasonings, as well as powders or pastes that require light blocking and moisture protection. The customization process usually starts with a needs discussion, followed by sample or artwork confirmation, proofing and production after order placement. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and has a Class 10000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and production is arranged according to the confirmed plan with on-time delivery.
