This aluminum foil and metallized pouch line is built for liquid and powder detergent packaging. Popular styles include stand-up spouted pouches, three-side seal bags, four-side seal bags and shaped pouches. A widened bottom gusset keeps the bag standing firmly on the shelf and supports strong brand display. The top can be fitted with a spout, flip-top spout or leak-proof valve for smooth pouring and one-hand opening. Heat-sealed edges stay flat and strong, and an easy-tear notch or tear strip makes opening simple for end users while reducing leaks in transit.
Structures are selected according to the filling: PET/metallized film/PE, PET/aluminum foil/PE and PET/VMPET/PE laminations are common choices, giving oxygen and light barrier plus chemical resistance, with a thicker inner layer for powder detergents. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for crisp detail and saturated colour, with matt, gloss or spot varnish finishes available. Bag width, height, spout diameter and roll film width can all be customized to your artwork, and volumes range from 100ml to 5L. A sample trial before mass production is recommended.
Typical applications include laundry liquid, washing powder, detergent pods, fabric softener, disinfectant and hand soap, as well as sauces and cleaning liquids. Our customization process is simple: discuss your needs, confirm bag style and material, approve a sample, then move to gravure printing and bag making before final inspection. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and in-house gravure printing, lamination and bag-making lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and matching roll film in the same material is available.
