This 10L stand-up spouted pouch is designed for tea brewers, water dispensers and larger liquid formats. A folded bottom gusset lets the filled bag stand upright and reduces tipping. Four-side seals are widened for strength, with rounded corners for comfortable handling. The top panel can be built with a carry handle plus a tube-type spout for connecting a hose or pump, or fitted with a one-way valve or screw-cap spout to match your filling line and end use.
The bag is typically made from aluminum foil laminated film, such as PET/foil/PE or PET/metallized film/PE, which blocks light and oxygen while staying flexible, making it suitable for drinking water, brewed tea and low-to-medium viscosity liquids. Outer layers accept 1-8 colour gravure printing, reproducing brand colours, gradients and fine line artwork, with matt, gloss or spot effects available. Capacities from 1L to 10L can be produced, and pouch style, spout diameter, handle type and matching roll film are all made to order.
Typical applications include water bags for tea brewers, water dispenser liners, bottled mineral and spring water, as well as concentrates and liquid seasonings. For customisation, send us samples or drawings; after confirming material structure, dimensions and print artwork, we produce samples for approval before mass production. Manufacturing runs in our Dongguan plant inside a Class 10000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, matching roll film in the same material is available, and delivery follows the confirmed schedule.
