This aluminum foil stand-up spout pouch is designed for automotive care liquids. The body stands upright on the shelf, with a gusseted bottom and either three-side or four-side sealed edges depending on how the pouch will be filled. The spout can be a screw cap or a one-way valve type, giving smooth pouring and reliable leak resistance. Optional hang holes or handles make it easy to display in stores or pack smaller retail sizes.
Most pouches use aluminum foil laminates such as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or NY/AL/PE. We adjust the barrier and sealant layers to suit the formula inside, balancing light blocking, oxidation resistance and chemical tolerance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which handles solid backgrounds, gradients and fine text with stable registration and colour. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L; pouch width, spout diameter and film thickness are all made to order. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
Typical uses include car shampoo, windshield washer fluid, antifreeze, tyre care liquid and engine bay cleaner, and the same pouch works well for household chemicals, agrochemicals and industrial additives. The process is straightforward: send us a sample, artwork or size spec, we confirm pouch style and material, then produce a drawing and a physical sample for approval before mass production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, a MOQ of 10,000 pcs, and support for sample-based and artwork-based customization.
