This aluminum foil and metallized spouted pouch is built for liquids that need a strong gas barrier, such as hydrogen-rich water and hydrogen water. The stand-up bag has a widened bottom gusset so it stands firmly after filling. The spout is fitted with a food-grade nozzle and screw cap, and can be switched to a valve or straight drinking spout on request. Wide heat-sealed edges keep the seal flat and strong, and rounded or angled corners help reduce damage in transit.
The pouch combines aluminum foil and metallized laminated film with a food-grade inner layer, while the middle barrier layer helps limit the escape of small molecules such as hydrogen and also blocks light and moisture. The outer surface can be matte or glossy, and 1-8 colour gravure printing delivers clear, well-registered artwork that resists fading. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and bag size, spout diameter and film thickness can all be adjusted. Matching roll film is also available.
Typical uses include hydrogen-rich water, hydrogen water, functional drinks, concentrates and some household liquids. The process is straightforward: send us a sample bag or your artwork, we confirm the structure, print file and specifications, then produce a sample for approval before bulk runs. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a Class 10000 clean workshop and handles gravure printing and bag making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, which suits brands and sourcing teams.
