This liquid packaging bag is made for measured filling of car glass cleaner, foam detergent and similar liquid products. It comes in stand-up spout pouch and flat-bottom styles, with three-side or four-side sealed edges that stay flat and tight to resist leakage. The spout can be a standard screw cap, flip-top or plug design, and a valve can be added when needed for easy pouring and reuse. Spout diameter and bag dimensions are matched to your filling equipment and target volume.
The bag body is laminated from PET, nylon, aluminium foil and PE films, with acid-resistant or high-barrier structures selected according to the liquid inside, balancing stiffness, puncture resistance and seal integrity. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for clear image layers and stable colour, including full-bleed backgrounds, spot matte effects and clean white space. Common capacities run from 100ml to 5L, with 2kg (4 lb) sizes sampled against your reference, and matching roll film is available for your own filling line.
These pouches suit automotive care, household cleaning and industrial cleaning liquids, as well as other small and medium volume liquid filling. For customisation, send us your sample or artwork and we confirm material structure and printing, then produce a sample for approval before bulk runs. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a Class 10000 clean workshop with printing, lamination and bag making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with sample-based and artwork-based customisation and delivery on agreed milestones.
