This liquid packaging bag is designed for car wash foam, vehicle shampoo and general liquid cleaners. It uses a handled pouch format for easy carrying and pouring. The bag edges are heat-sealed, and the outlet can be made as a flat opening, spout or valve, depending on how the product is filled and used. An external handle or die-cut hand hole is also available. It can stand upright or lie flat, and the opening position can be adjusted to match filling lines. Typical sizes include 3kg and 5L.
The material is based on milk white PE film and can be laminated with PET, PA, aluminum foil or other layers according to the liquid being packed, helping balance barrier performance, puncture resistance and seal strength. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, so graphics, colour blocks and brand information can follow your samples or artwork. Matching roll film in the same material is also available. Sizes range from 100ml to 5L, including handled bags, spout bags, valve bags and BIB inner bags. Bag dimensions, film thickness and outlet type can be adjusted to suit different filling volumes.
These bags are widely used for car wash foam, vehicle shampoo, windshield washer fluid, cleaners, care liquids and other liquid products, as well as daily chemical, industrial cleaning and general liquid filling. The custom process usually starts from a sample, drawing or clear requirement, then we confirm bag style, material, artwork and volume before sampling. After sample approval, mass production begins. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and production is scheduled according to confirmed orders to support on-time delivery for brands and procurement teams.
