This liquid packaging pouch is designed for larger-volume filling. The main styles are stand-up pouches and nozzle pouches fitted with a spout, mostly in medium to large capacities. The bag body is heat sealed on all four sides with wide, flat seals that leave enough sealing surface to reduce leakage during transport and stacking. Spouts usually come with screw caps, and one-way valves or anti-drip nozzles can be specified. Opening position, spout diameter and cap type are adjustable to match filling equipment and end-user habits. A folded or K-style bottom keeps the pouch standing steadily.
Laminates are selected according to the product being filled, with common combinations such as PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE offering barrier performance, corrosion resistance and drop strength. For strongly acidic or alkaline liquids, a thicker inner PE layer or a different heat-seal formula can be used. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving solid colour blocks and consistent image detail, including full-bleed backgrounds and spot colours. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L, with bag width, bag length and spout diameter matched to your filling line. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.
