This liquid packaging pouch is built for kitchen cleaners, degreasers and similar liquid products. The bag style can be a stand-up pouch, a flat-bottom pouch or a soft pouch with a die-cut handle, depending on the filling method and shelf presentation. Four-side heat sealing keeps seams tight during transport, and the dispensing method is flexible: a spout pouch, a valved spout or a simple tear notch. Larger 5L formats usually come with a handle, while 750ml sizes often use a spout or screw cap.
Typical laminates include PET/PE, NY/PE and PET/AL/PE, with an inner sealing layer chosen for liquid filling and adjusted for barrier and chemical resistance based on the formula being packed. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, which handles solid backgrounds, gradients and fine detail with good reproduction. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L, and bag width, height, spout diameter and roll film width can all be customised to your artwork. Matching roll film in the same material is available.
