This liquid packaging pouch is designed for the refill market, covering laundry detergent, fabric softener, soapberry liquid and similar products. The main formats are stand-up spouted pouches and soft pouches with a handle hole. Bodies are built with four-side-seal or three-side-seal construction, and a widened bottom allows the pouch to stand on shelf. The top can be fitted with a screw spout, flip-top spout or leak-resistant valve for smooth pouring, while an optional punch hole or handle makes carrying easy and suits automatic filling lines.
Structures are tailored to the filling and shelf-life requirements, typically PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or NY/PE laminates with a food-grade or chemical-resistant sealing layer for barrier, puncture and drop resistance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for saturated colour and stable registration, covering full backgrounds, gradients and open areas. Customisation by sample or artwork is welcome. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L, and pouch width, spout size, handle position and roll film width can be adjusted to your filling equipment.
These pouches serve household care and personal care brands in refill, hotel and commercial dispensing formats, including laundry detergent, fabric softener, liquid soap, hand wash and disinfectant. The custom process moves from pouch type and capacity discussion to structure confirmation, sampling, then gravure printing, bag making and inspection, with matching roll film supplied in the same material. Production runs in Dongguan, Guangdong in a Class 10000 clean workshop, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
