This liquid packaging pouch is built mainly in a handled spout-bag style. The body can be made as a stand-up or flat-bottom structure depending on the filling line, with a screw cap or flip-top spout on top and an optional leak-proof inner plug. Sealing runs along three or four edges for a flat, firm finish, and the carry hole is reinforced so end users can lift and pour easily. It suits low to medium viscosity liquids such as pet sanitizers, plant-based laundry liquids and stain removers, with sizes like 250ml or 2kg adjustable on request, including small trial packs.
Bags are typically laminated from PET/PE, NY/PE or PET/AL/PE film, balancing barrier performance, puncture resistance and chemical compatibility, and the structure can be selected around your contents and shelf-life target. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, so artwork is reproduced with steady tone and colour matching, and custom work from your sample or drawing is welcome. Standard volumes range from 100ml to 5L. Bag shape, spout diameter, handle type and roll direction are all confirmed together, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
