This liquid pouch is built around a matte-finish stand-up spouted bag. The folded bottom and firm four-side seals keep the pack standing steadily on shelf after filling, while the top spout comes in screw-cap or flip-top versions, with an optional leak-proof valve and inner plug for smooth, controlled pouring. The matte surface gives a soft, premium touch that suits fragrance laundry detergent and fabric softener lines.
Pouches are typically laminated from PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE film, with barrier and sealing layers chosen to match the filled product for squeeze resistance, leak protection and aroma retention. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure, with matte, soft-touch and spot varnish finishes available. Common volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and bag size, spout diameter and flow style can follow your sample or artwork. Matching roll film is also available.
These pouches serve home care, personal care and daily chemical brands, packing laundry detergent, fabric softener, fragrance care liquid, dish soap and body wash. Customisation starts from your sample or drawing and covers material selection, sampling, printing, lamination and bag making in one flow. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a 10,000-class clean workshop, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and flexible scheduling for on-time delivery.
