This hand-carry liquid packaging pouch is built on a stand-up or box-bottom format, with an integrated top handle and either three-side or four-side sealed edges that keep the pouch flat, strong and resistant to dropping or puncturing. Depending on how the product is filled, it can be fitted with a spout, a butterfly valve or a screw cap, so liquid flows out smoothly and the closure stays tight. The firm, upright bag body makes 5L and 10-jin sizes easier to carry and display on shelf.
The pouch is made from multi-layer laminated film such as PET, NY, AL and PE, and the thickness and barrier layers can be adjusted to suit different contents and sterilization methods while balancing fold resistance, light blocking and load-bearing strength. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, which keeps artwork detail crisp and registration stable, with full-surface backgrounds and matt or gloss finishes available. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L, larger 10-jin and 20-jin formats are possible, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
It suits drinking water, juice, soy sauce, seasoning sauce, edible oil and other liquid or semi-liquid foods, and can also be used for household chemicals and liquid fertilizer. Custom work starts from your sample or artwork: we confirm the draft, make samples, prepare gravure cylinders and then move into volume production, with a dedicated contact following each step. The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and gravure lines; MOQ is 10,000 pcs and delivery follows the agreed schedule.
