This small-volume liquid packaging pouch is designed for travel-size and sample products. The most common formats are three-side-seal flat pouches and stand-up pouches, with flat, firmly sealed edges that hold up to everyday squeezing and transport. A spout or screw cap can be added so lotion, shampoo and other viscous liquids can be squeezed out directly; a tear-notch sachet version is also available. Pouch shape, opening position, rounded corners and tear notches can all be adjusted to suit your filling line and how end users open the pack.
Structures are typically PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or NY/PE laminates, with the barrier layer chosen according to the contents to balance stiffness, puncture resistance and leak-proof performance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving saturated colour, stable registration and clean reproduction of full-coverage backgrounds and fine text. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied. Standard volumes cover 30ml to 50ml and can extend to 100ml, with pouch width, length and spout diameter made to order.
Typical applications include cosmetics, personal care and pharmaceutical samples such as shampoo, facial cleanser, lotion, serum and hand gel, as well as e-commerce gifts and hotel amenities. The custom process starts with your sample or artwork, followed by layout and proofing before bulk production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and in-house printing, lamination and pouch making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
