This large-volume liquid packaging bag is built for filling, storage and transfer of industrial liquids. The bag body is formed with four-side seal or pillow-style construction, and the edge and bottom seals are reinforced for better load bearing and drop resistance. Outlet design follows the filling line: dual spouts or four spouts, with options such as inner plugs, screw caps or valves. Two spouts can handle filling and discharging separately, while multiple spout positions allow split dosing or fast emptying, cutting residual liquid and handling steps. Handles can be added for workshop lifting.
The bag is made from multilayer laminated film, typically PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or co-extruded PE film, with the barrier layer and inner sealing layer selected according to the contents. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving sharp detail and stable colour registration for brand colours and text on the same panel. Capacities range from 1 kg to 20 kg; film thickness, bag dimensions, and spout count and position are confirmed against your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for your existing filling equipment.
Typical applications include lubricating oil, chemical additives, industrial cleaning fluids, agrochemical liquids, and buffering or leak-resistant packaging, especially 20 kg workshop repacking and transport. The custom process runs from confirming use and capacity, to providing a sample bag or artwork, to sample approval and volume production. The factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, an MOQ of 10,000 pcs, and dedicated follow-up from sample or drawing review through printing and production.
