This handle-type liquid packaging bag is designed as a portable water storage solution for outdoor and in-vehicle use. A reinforced carry hole sits at the top, while gusseted sides let the empty bag fold flat and stand upright once filled. The body is sealed on four sides for a flat, secure edge that resists leakage at the corners. The standard version is a clear, unprinted bag; spouts, screw caps or dispensing valves can be added on request for easy pouring or refilling.
The bag is made mainly from food-grade PE film and can be laminated with nylon or other reinforcing layers to match load and barrier needs. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving crisp detail and strong ink adhesion for brand colours and large solid areas. Sizes range from 1kg to 10kg, with 5kg (10 jin) handle bags being the most common; clear, matte and soft-touch finishes are available on sample confirmation. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for filling lines.
Typical applications include outdoor drinking water, vehicle reserve water, emergency storage, camping supply and liquid product repacking. The custom process is straightforward: send a sample or artwork, confirm material, volume and print layout, then approve a proof before mass production. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a Class 10000 clean workshop with in-house film blowing, printing and bag making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with delivery scheduled as agreed.
