Designed for tree infusion and liquid fertilizer filling, this double-needle liquid packaging bag uses a stand-up or pillow-style body with an integrated carry handle for easy lifting and hanging in the field. The spout area accepts a twin-needle connector, and can also be built with a single spout, valve or screw cap. Four-side seals are heat-pressed for a flat, leak-resistant finish, while the needle seat is reinforced to reduce damage when the needle is inserted.
Bags are typically made from PET/PE, PA/PE or aluminium foil laminated film, with the barrier level and film thickness selected to suit the filling, including puncture resistance and light blocking. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear detail and consistent colour for brand artwork, instructions and specification marks. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L; bag size, connector position and handle style can be adjusted to your drawing. Customisation from samples or artwork is supported, and matching roll film in the same material is available.
Typical applications include tree infusion, humic acid and amino acid liquid fertilizers, foliar feeds, water-soluble fertilizers and other agrochemical liquids, as well as selected household and industrial liquids. For custom orders, send us your sample or drawing, we confirm material structure and artwork, then produce after approval. The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop covering film blowing, printing and bag making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
