Designed as a portable refill pack for small-volume liquid daily chemicals, this flip-top spouted pouch is built with a stand-up or three-side-seal body and clean, firm edge seals. A folded bottom option keeps the pouch standing on shelf. The flip-top spout opens and closes with one hand, making it easy to dispense hand sanitizer gel. Standard press-type spouts or silicone valve versions are available, both resistant to leaking when inverted and suitable for automatic capping on filling lines.
Bag bodies are usually laminated with PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or NY/PE film, balancing stiffness, barrier performance and squeeze resistance to suit different fillings. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving crisp detail and consistent colour, with matte or gloss finishes on request. Capacities range from 80ml to 5L across spouted pouches, flat-bottom bags and three-side-seal bags, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for your automatic filling line.
These pouches serve daily chemical and hotel supply brands, covering hand sanitizer gel, body wash, shampoo, disinfectant and laundry detergent, and they also work for sauces or honey in small-format trials. Customisation is straightforward: send a sample or artwork to confirm bag style and size, we propose a structure and make a pre-production sample, then run mass production after approval. Our factory sits in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10,000-class cleanroom and in-house printing, lamination and bag making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
