This handle-top collapsible liquid pouch is built on a stand-up structure: the body is folded into shape and heat-sealed on all sides, with a widened base that lets the filled bag stand steadily. The top can be fitted with a spout or valve, and the die-cut handle makes carrying and pouring easy for end users. Empty pouches fold flat, saving space in storage and freight. Small single-serve packs and larger refill formats are both possible, with spout, valve or plain fill-port options.
Food-contact PE is the standard material, and it can be laminated with PET, NY or AL films to build a multi-layer structure with better barrier and drop resistance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure, giving saturated colour and clear detail for solid areas and gradients. Common volumes range from 100ml to 5L; bag size, spout diameter and handle position are all adjustable to your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for automatic filling lines.
Typical uses include juice, drinks, drinking water, sauces, detergents and daily chemical liquids, as well as outdoor hiking and sports hydration. The custom process is straightforward: send a sample or artwork, we confirm pouch structure and print layout, produce a proof for your approval, then run mass production. The factory sits in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10,000-class clean workshop covering film blowing, printing and bag making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs; customisation from sample or drawing is supported, and production and delivery follow the agreed schedule.
