This spouted stand-up pouch is built for refill and gift packaging of detergents, hand soap, fabric softener and similar liquids. The pouch stands upright on the shelf with a flat, stable base, while the gusset adds volume and rigidity. Sealing options include three-side and four-side seal construction. Spout choices cover standard screw caps, flip-top caps and one-way valve spouts, giving smooth pouring, easy dosing and reliable resealing after repeated use. Hang holes or handle cut-outs can be added to suit both bulk transport and retail display.
Typical laminates include PET/PE, PA/PE and PET/AL/PE, with acid- and alkali-resistant or high-barrier structures available for different fillings; the inner sealing layer keeps the seal strong and leak-free. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, delivering fine detail, consistent colour and optional matt, gloss or spot-varnish finishes. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L, and pouch size, spout diameter and dispensing style are set to your requirements. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for automatic filling lines.
These pouches are widely used for liquid refills and gift packs in household detergent, personal care, pet cleaning and car care industries. The custom process is straightforward: send a sample or artwork, confirm material, size and print layout, then approve a pre-production sample before mass production.
