Our liquid packaging pouches are built mainly in a stand-up format: the bottom gusset opens to keep the bag upright, while the spout is heat-sealed to the body and the edges are widened for extra seal strength during transport. Spout diameter can be matched to your filling equipment, and screw caps or valve designs are available for direct drinking or portioned dispensing. Bag shape, spout position and silhouette can all be adjusted to suit your brand's packaging needs.
The pouch body uses food-grade laminated film, and barrier layers can be selected according to the contents to balance stiffness and flexibility. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which holds detail and colour consistency well for brand graphics and product information. Capacities range from about 100ml to 5L, with spout size, bag dimensions and roll film formats combined to order. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for automatic filling lines.
These pouches suit mineral water, juice, beverages, liquid seasonings and detergents, as well as small portable packs or larger refill formats. On customisation, we work from your samples or artwork and move to sampling and print approval once files are confirmed. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop covering printing and bag-making in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, planned against approved artwork.
