This four-layer foil pouch is built for liquids and concentrates that need a long shelf life without refrigeration. The aluminium layer sits in the middle of the PET+AL+NY+PE laminate and reduces light, oxygen and moisture ingress to a minimum, which is what keeps flavour, colour and active ingredients stable through a long distribution chain.
Each layer does a job: PET carries the print and protects the surface, aluminium provides the barrier, nylon adds toughness so the pouch resists puncture and flex cracking, and the inner PE layer forms the seal and stays compatible with the product. The film remains flexible when filled, so the pouch survives handling and stacking, and the seal parameters are matched to your filling equipment.
Volume, film thickness, spout or corner format and print design in 1–8 colours are all made to your specification. As a high-barrier liquid pouch manufacturer we produce at our Dongguan, Guangdong facility and supply samples ahead of volume orders.
