Milk and dairy drinks are sensitive to both light and oxygen: prolonged light exposure brings on oxidised notes, and a weak barrier shortens the chilled shelf life. This milk bag-in-box uses a silver foil-laminate inner bag with good light and oxygen barrier, sitting inside a paper carton that stands stably in a chiller, sized for mid-to-large dairy formats around 5L. The outlet is a butterfly valve: press to dispense, release to stop, which is cleaner than cutting the bag open and avoids exposing the whole bag to air. Close the valve and the rest can go back into the chiller, which suits cafés, bakeries, households and professional kitchens that draw milk as needed. The inner bag is heat-sealed on all sides, with the interface and valve sealed before filling, and travels stacked inside its carton. Capacity, valve diameter and carton construction can all be customised to your filling line.
