Inside a bag-in-box the inner bag carries the barrier and dispensing duties while the carton only supports and prints. This foil dual-gusset inner bag uses a four-layer PET+AL+PA+PE lamination whose aluminium layer blocks oxygen and light, protecting the flavour of wine and spirits through transport and shelf life. The dual-gusset base spreads to follow the carton shape, so filling and emptying both flow smoothly. A butterfly valve at the spout lines up with an opening in the carton for external dispensing and closes tight without residue. At 15-25 μm, bag dimensions and spout bore can be made to fit the carton, suited to 1-5L packing for juice, beverages, wine and spirits.
