A stand-up liquid pouch has to hold itself upright for shelf display and not fold while pouring. This dual-gusset pouch uses two bottom gussets that spread into a stable base once filled, so it resists tipping on the shelf. The body is a four-layer PET+AL+PA+PE lamination whose aluminium core blocks oxygen and light, at a thickness adjustable between 15 and 25 μm to balance stiffness and flexibility. A butterfly valve at the spout turns to regulate flow and shuts off immediately after pouring, a combination well suited to 1-5L packing for juice, beverages and spirits.
