A bag-in-box must survive vibration, temperature swings and oxygen ingress in transit, so barrier performance and valve sealing are what matter. This metallised BIB bag is formed from metallised laminated film: the aluminium layer blocks oxygen and light, slowing flavour loss in wine and juice over long hauls and shelf life. A butterfly valve at the spout opens smoothly and closes tight, letting liquid flow straight from the transport drum without decanting. Clear and metallised layers can be combined so a viewing window is kept while the barrier stays intact, suiting aseptic transport packing of wine, juice drinks and spring water.
