The base uses a dual-gusset construction: the gussets folded in from both sides open into a near-square footprint once filled, so the pouch stands firmly at 3L and resists toppling when stacked. With a butterfly valve at the dispensing point, liquid pours on a press and stops on release, so the pouch never needs tipping and the remainder can keep standing upright.
The panels take full-face printing, with a defined label area left on the front or brand artwork printed directly, and a decorative base such as a marble pattern with a white unprinted area is also possible if the customer wants to apply their own labels or create a distinct look. Foil or metallised high-barrier laminations are available to give light protection and shelf-life support for liquids such as wine and juice that are sensitive to light and oxygen.
Volume, pouch dimensions, valve diameter and film structure are all matched to the filling line, and printing plates are made once artwork is signed off. A filled sample is recommended first to verify standing stability at the target volume, valve sealing and drop performance before bulk production, with MOQ and lead time set by the final specification.
