The liner is made from a transparent lamination, so once filled the colour and clarity of the liquid can be seen straight through the bag and the remaining level is easy to judge. That suits liquids where appearance matters or where a visual check for foreign matter is wanted after filling, and with the dispensing valve joined to the bag it forms a bag-in-box once placed in its carton.
Because transparent film omits the foil layer, it better suits liquids with shorter storage lives or liquids that do not need light protection. The trade-off is visibility against barrier: where a longer shelf life is needed, a barrier layer can be added to the structure while keeping some transparency. The valve dispenses on a press and stops on release, so liquid is drawn without tipping the bag and with less air drawn back in.
Bag dimensions, valve diameter and film structure are matched to the filling line and carton format, and a printed outer carton can be supplied. Confirming valve orientation and the filling connector first is recommended, followed by a fill test to see how the transparent film reads with the actual liquid and to check sealing at the valve, with MOQ and lead time set by the final specification.
