The pouch is sized for 5kg-class fills, with a widened body and a folded bottom that lets it stand and hold a stable shape once full. An integrated handle is left at the top, so a full bag can be lifted with one hand and needs no extra outer bag, which helps both handling and shelf display.
A printed lamination takes full-face artwork, and the pack weight and net content are shown clearly on the front so different pack sizes are easy to tell apart on the same shelf. The lamination's moisture barrier helps keep powders free-flowing and limits caking in humid conditions, while the heat-seal inner layer closes the pouch tightly; at this fill weight the seal strength is a key control point.
Fill weight, pouch dimensions and handle style are set to the product's bulk density and the retail format, with printing plates made from the customer's artwork. For powders it is worth running a fill-weight sample first to measure handle load, base stability and drop performance before bulk production, with MOQ and lead time set by the final specification.
