Bulk liquid ingredients are most exposed to secondary contamination during transport and storage, and a 220L aseptic inner bag works by separating the contents from the drum wall and the air. The body is a metallised high-barrier lamination that, combined with irradiation sterilisation, meets food-grade aseptic requirements, and it ships inside steel drums, IBC totes or board cartons. An aseptic or quick-couple valve at the neck lets product be pumped out without opening the bag, limiting air contact, and lets remaining material be held in a sealed state. It suits mid-to-large volumes of juice concentrate, syrup, liquid egg, cooking oil and sanitiser.
